IS metering not keeping by their word

When I moved out of 47 Hemmingway Vanderbijlpark on the 2nd of November was informed I will receive my deposit back of R425 only to find R196 was deposited in my bank account. Seems like many companies like to double cross people these days and with everything that is going up!
