iS Metering is such a ****!

I don't think the ANC is as ******* as iS metering. They come up with stories every month. I've stayed at the apartment that is serviced by iS metering for 3 months now.In the first week,I bought electricity for R147 and got 10kWh. I've been struggling to recharge electricity for amounts ranging from R100-R500. When I called in,I was told I need to spend a minimum amount of R670. No one could give me an explanation. They referred me to Mariek who kept ignoring my calls and emails. Out of fear of sleeping in the dark,I spent R776 and got 55.6kWh. I am honestly extremely appalled. We are being taken for a ride here,what an exploitation!
