IS metering, improper metering

<p>We were asked to pay through 4 different letters left under the dorr for the new installation of meters in our flats, 1st was R2700, 2nd amount was R1600 3rd amount was R500 and now its back to R1600, there are 3 issues surrounding this, 1st we paid deposits for the current metering, 2nd we asked to pay another deposit with no sign of us getting our 1st deposit back, 3rd these IS metering people are leaving letters under our doors and the flat agency (Huurkor) is not even bothering themselves to let us know what is happening and why. Some people have already paid the 3 different amounts and they are the ones who are suffering by sleeping in the dark and waking up to hot water to bath. This highly unacceptable , you pay ypu get left in the dark with high bill, you dont pay everthing remains okay until they decide to come cut off your lights because you havn't paid. Please assist IS metering might be one the biggers ******** robbing people of their monies, we need to validate legitimacy of this company</p>
