<p>This company is A joke!!!</p> <p>In the 3 months we've been with them, 2 of those months they didn't pay the city of tshwane causing the city to cut the power off the whole complex. The first month we stayed with no electricity for about 8 days. This time, well, I'll be counting these days...</p> <p>They say it's prepaid but it's not. They "prepaid" is linked to your bank account. Randomly they spring different amounts that they subtract from the money you've bought electricity with. They randomly also subtract the water and leave your account in the negative. </p> <p>They are ridiculously expensive, charge R2.50 per day and also R8.50 for every time you recharge. Plus the ridiculous electricity units</p> <p>Terrible company</p> <p>Horrible</p> <p>Needs to be shut down. They don't know what they are doing!</p>
