Electricity *******

I have a problem with ismetering I have been requesting them to send me the cart that shows the electricity usage and water bill so I can see why they are charging me so much money the other day We spend almost the whole day without electricity in centurion The reeds and the next day they send me an SMS saying that my electricity is running out so the reason I requested that is for me to see how I was using the electricity when we even didn't have and for almost the whole day till today I have not received a response from them I believe that they do not have any proof to show me that's why they are ignoring my calls. Can you please assist with my query. I can't pay so much money for electricity we are being ****** here by this company.
