Dear Body Corporates and Home Owners Associations,

Never appoint this entity as a service provider if you want happy tenants and owners.

Furthermore, please develop your staff my teaching them the importance of customer service and efficiency.

Treatment received from Charny on 14/10/2020 was disgusting and cannot believe that we still have to deal with such behavior in 2020!!! Disgusted
