ZERO SUPPORT !!!!

I am urgently waiting for someone to get back to me with regards to accessing my email since yesterday. I was told to email a specific email address. After no response I emailed my account managers and various other support emails. They have provided a non working telephone number. To date no one has bothered to respond and they do not understand the implications for me.
