WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ARE USELESS !!!!!!!!

Struggle with this company. i dont get any customer service. made a double payment as they apparently didn't received my 1st payment. my Bank phoned me and notify me that that Ignite did bank the 1st payment. i spoke to Patrick, who works there. but i do not get any response from him as i asked them to pay back the one payment. i also send them my bank statement for proof. They just dont give a damn about customer service. also send a lot of emails and when i phoned Patrick, hes not available.
