USELESS ORGANISATION WHO HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHICS

Your customer service DOES NOT EXIST - I've been trying to change banking details on your portal and contact your helpdesk *** without success. I've wasted 25 minutes on MY CELLPHONE this morning and EACH TIME THEY ANSWER AND THEN DISCONNECT THE CALL - THIS OF COURSE IS A MY EXPENSE!!!!!

Until this is resolved I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO MY EMAILS!!!!!
