Unauthorized usage of my data during my holiday absence: Isignite

<p>Left Cape Town for UK last day of June and returned 01 August.</p> <p>never accessed my internet during that time and all connections were switchd off for one month.</p> <p>upon my return I was sent a data usage showing thag someone logged on at midnight on the 1st July and uploaded and downloaded using my telephone number.</p> <p>I reported this matter twice and have had no feed back to explain this usage from my service provider.</p>
