unauthorised debit order

<p>Hi.</p> <p>There has been an unauthorised debit order of R178.48 taken off my account by SagePay with the reference IGNITE. I have no idea who this is and how they got my account number. All i know is that this is *****. Snd i have to incurr extra charges for disputes....I want this company to send me a letter explaining how and why the debited my account without my permission, and i want to know who is IGNITE.
