The not so - Internet Solutions - Ignite a bad choice

It seems there isn't much more to say about Ignite that hasn't already been said on previous reviews - just to add that even after very poor reviews they still do not care. After many years with Mweb business we were forced into Ignite by default as they purchased the company. Last year they made a total hash of our ADSL move to Fibre that left me without services from 24th December to 20 January 2019 - I wrote a review on that in detail...now in September 2019 I am migrating my mail services from them and need some settings for my new service provider to synchronize the mail boxes during migration and they point blank refuse to respond to my requests. Do not respond to tickets - when i call about the ticket the agent promises to resolve but still no response.....all I can say is thank goodness this will be my last dance with Ignite and as painful as it seems right now I hold on to the thought that once complete I will not have to ever deal with this company ever again. My advise to others never.. I mean never..consider any services from Ignite - Internet Solutions - you will be sorry you did
