Terrible Customer Service

It has been two days without e-mail connectivity. We have not received any feedback as to when this problem will be solved. No answer form tech support after numerous attempts.

One would expect that a company delivering such a crucial service would have the decency to inform its clients on the progress being made to solve the problem.

Not satsified at all...
