Terrible customer and technical service

From a technical perspective, IsIgnite is a nightmare. on numerous occasions my ADSL connection would just die, no notification, update, nothing. Their security is terrible, they store user account passwords in clear text. Their collection system makes mistakes monthly, leaving me with no internet.

From a customer perspective, IsIgnite is still a nightmare. You send emails trying to sort issues out and get no response. They do not update you of changes to the system, billing issues and are generally bad at customer service.

Overall terrible ISP to deal with and use.
