Terrible, awful, horrible customer service

Worst company ever. Was forced to migrate from MWeb to Ignite. They are costing my company money. I am unable to purchase data. They move you from one platform to the next without communicating anything. Then: unable to resolve issues and no concern for problems that they cause. I will move to another service provider ASAP!!!!!
