Small Businesses Beware...Shocking Service

If you own a small business and are using or are considering using Ignite's cloud backup services, please be aware that you could be exposing your business to significant risk.

We were using their cloud backup solutions and when we experienced a serious problem, Ignite's support proved to be absolutely useless. In our case, we could not access our backup files remotely. So in the event of a system failure, we could not get access to our backup files for recovery purposes. Fortunately we discovered this during a test run, however, we could not get Ignite to solve the problem. The issue persisted for 3 months. We tried escalating, re-logging with support, many emails to our account manager Kyle Adonis, but the problem never got resolved. You can understand that an issue like this was a huge risk to our business, but Ignite did not care at all. Eventually we just cancelled our account and went else where.

In our opinion, Ignite are THE worst ISP/Cloud Services company we have ever had the dis-pleasure of dealing with. Be warned...when things go wrong you will be on your own.
