RAIN - From Great to WORST

RAIN services have depreciated to an all time low. I am not even going to log speedtests results here as we have send far too many to their support and now the service is so bad that we cannot run a speedtest. All lights are showing 100% connectivity with LTE and full signal bars, but still the Internet is FAILING.

We resell Rain services and WERE VERY happy with the service until this year came along.

RAIN (IGNITE) do not know what is happening on their network and they do not have support that can give answers. After months of logging ticket after ticket after ticket the services continues to get worse and worse and worse.

When researching RAIN Services online, you find hundreds of the same issues being logged (just like what we have been reporting for months) all over the country. BUT RAIN insists their network is "fine". As the weeks go on, our RAIN services that we have provided to multiple client drop off one by one. We keep logging tickets with support and nothing happens. The same response every time! Switch off for 5 to 20 minutes and then on again in the hopes that you connect to a different tower..... Why don't you fix the tower??

We will be cancelling all our RAIN services as soon as our new orders with an alternative ISP arrive.
