Pathetic customer service

The service from Ignite is absolutely shocking, you pay for a service your are not using and they couldn't be bothered. I have been trying to get hold of Tracey she is apparently the only person in the entire company that approves services. I have called her direct line a dosen times and left messages but received no response. I got her manager's contact details Hein Coetzer hoping he would help but still got nothing from him. This has to be the most useless ISP i've ever dealt with. Shame on them.
