Non-existent accounts department

The service from your *********** mailbox is disgusting, does anyone actually work in this department and monitor the related emails? The service is actually non-existent seen as no one has bothered to reply to any of three emails we sent on 9 July, 25 July and 7 October.

The service in accounts via the telephone is also terrible. Reiner spent over 12 minutes trying to get hold of someone on ********** without success.
