MWEB Promises but doesn't deliver!

I have opted for the LTE package and what a disappointment. I battle with speed and the technical support takes forever to get hold of. You can upload as many test results as you want on the portal and nobody gets back to you.

As of now I am still struggling with signal speed. Supposed to get 25/25 and all I get is 10/10 at best. Why am I paying for half of what is being provided???
