Lack of response and poor customer service

How many times must i explained to Tracey Williams that the problem is not on my side. She will send me a mail with a specific invoice thats outstanding and when i send her the proof of payment she will tell me "no the money for that inv has been used for another invoice"

She doesnt know how to do her work or to recon.
