IS Solutions /Ignite is the Worst telecoms service provider

The service i have experienced with Ignite has been a nightmare, Dont respond, if the do they always pass the buck and end up no where close tickets without solving the issue. Wrong billing - ProBono.Org has been billed for services that have not been working since October 2018. Queries not attended to - and very quick to respond in closing tickets No communication when their systems are off line Wont recommend their services to anyone
