Ignite, WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE!!!

I have NEVER IN MY LIFE received such SH#T USELESS service from any other company in my life!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a customer for about 3 years now and my account with Ignite it not TOO small. I simply do not get response from these people, you wait days and evens weeks before someone responds back to a problem that you have. I have been struggling over 3 weeks now to get a simple forwarding problem resolved.

I HAVE HAD IT NOW WITH IGNITE AND WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER NOW AND WILL GO AND SEE A LAWYER TO SUE IGNITE FOR LOSS OF INCOME IN MY BUSINESS BECAUSE OF THEY INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF SUPPORT.
