Ignite ********* and in a state of chaos

Without doubt the worst service provider i have ever encountered. Each year when contract is renewed they have not managed to figure out how to switch ex mweb users over to their new system which has over the past four years left me without email access for two weeks each year during this period. During that time it becomes evident that nobody knows what is going on in that organization being sent from person to person. Literally hundreds of calls (if and when they get answered). Then upon cancelling their service you get no acknowledgment just a debit order going through four times the usual monthly amount. I would recommend that you stay far away from them - they have no interest in providing a service and believe they are extremely *********. By far the worst company i have had the misfortune of dealing with !
