Ignite Telecomms are igniting their reputation :-(

Unfortunately these guys are all of everything that is not SERVICE.

They offer no support, and you will be referred to their website all the time, with no explanation or training on how to select any "services" they provide.

They are not transparent, and unemotional about you as a client.

I have been using their services for close to a year now, and unfortunately their internet speed is not what is promised, and their VOIP services when I have run out of credit and requested additional credit, can take a few days to resolve.

My business is real estate, I make calls for a living and have an office in the Waterfront., so when I have to wait for a few days to get adequate support we lose money. Right now staff are sitting around doing nothing, or using their own cell phones which costs me money.

I want a service provider who offers adequate support when required, and with IGNITE TELECOMMS i get sweet blow all.

If you are a business who have a sales objective, I urge you to consider another ISP or telecoms provider, spend more and get more, perhaps you might even be taken seriously.
