Ignite Technical Support

I have a hosted solution contract that was started with Internet Solutions around 2010, including hosted email. The domain for which I required the hosting is no longer owned by me, and I would like to cancel the hosting. Trying to contact their support on *** is impossible. The call is picked up on their side, then dropped, time and time and time again. I now associate the company Ignite, with toilet paper. Be careful.
