IGNITE ****S

The BIGGEST MISTAKE l have made this year so far. l got recommendations from a friend of mine that Ignite SP have got good deals on LTE. So on the 4th of January l decided to pay them a visit at their Head office and got awful services from the reception lady who didn't want to be bothered by me and my wife.She then called Sales and alas the was none available to assist. All l wanted was juss infor about their services. Got told all Consultants are not available and l should come back the following week or apply online. l did the application on the 7th and money was immediately taken. no reference number was issued, l just assumed it was network and would receive communication later. 2 weeks down the line l haven't received anything and when l call Ignite they dont pick up and if they do lam assist by fools who seemed annoyed. Upto now l dont have services activated and I'm loosing.IGNITE ARE BUNCH OF USELESS PEOPLE. QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PLAY DELAYING TACTICS SO THAT I LOOSE ON MY DATA..
