IGnite - Poor service, poor logistics and no care in the world

I cannot think that this company will survive another year in business. If you have a virtual server with them then beware. It can be deleted overnight, with no explanation. Try and get your active services corrected? Good luck. After 3 months they still don't do it. Don't bother phoning. They have what they call 'Client Managers'. To do what, I don't know because they can't get anything done. They will refer you to support, who in turn will refer you to the Client Manager. Beware of these guys hosting anything sensitive of yours unless it's on your own machine in the data centre (touch wood).
