IGNITE-IS ARE *******...

After realizing that they cannot provide me with a 4G service because of roaming cancellations between MTN and CellC, I was advised that my package would be cancelled by Ignite-IS. After 20 or so emails and more then 10 calls, I have been debited tor the 2nd month in a row for services that they cannot give me. As per their site and email to client services and a call to them would cancel the package but little did I realize what a mission this was going to be. IGNITE- IS ARE *******... After getting confirmation from them that my package will be cancelled, they are still taking my money and I want it back.
