Ignite Internet Solutions absolutely pathetic and useless

I don't even know who to vent my utter frustration at because Internet Solutions is the parent company of Ignite their subsidiary who has contracted RAIN to provide LTE internet access. However I have dealt with Ignite and their service is just as pathetic as RAIN . I have a contract with Ignite and the LTE service is provided by RAIN ,the service was fine initially(about year and half) but in the last few months the internet has gone to a crawl whereby I cant even load pages 0.12MBPS download and nothing up. I logged numerous calls to resolve ,but that arrogant stupid bunch at RAIN could not resolve. I ended up paying for nothing because the service was almost non existent. I contacted Ignite on 27th March trying to cancel this service ,but they refuse to do so ,They just ignore my appeals, yet they want to bill me yet again fo this pathetic charade they call service. I have incurred extra costs because I have had to use my mobile data top up over the last month and half. Please, everyone out there avoid Ignite and RAIN ,they are absolutely useless. Even Telkom has better coverage, I have opted to go back to Telkom because I am so desperate.Ignite .PLEASE PLEASE cancel this service and refund my premium.!!!I run a business as I have pointed out to you and cannot have you messing my business up with your pathetic service
