Ignite internet service provider and digenet courier useless service

I ordered a LTE-A router at ignite the courier company came and was supposed to deliver the item but instead as I was printing the documents required to sign they left with out coming back nor responding to my mails nor did they call at all, This has been going on for 10 days and I can not continue like this.
