Ignite fitness continue to charge account closed in 2014

I am completely disgusted with Ignite Fitness. They are a company who's foundation is based on *******ion and *****. This is not slander as I have clear evidence of it.

One day a decent looking new gym opened up down the road from my office in CPT CBD. I joined as the rates seemed incredibly good. I then never actually got the time to attend the gym, as was the case with many of my colleagues, so that when I was called near the end of the year about renewing the contract I exclaimed that I definitely would rather close the account as I hadn't attended once. I was told there would be a settlement amount to be paid. I accepted, received the settlement account and paid to close the account. Since then many years have passed and I have moved companies. I now am based 30km's out of town at a different company far from the gym as has been the case since June 2016. November 2016 I receive a call from collections @ bdplaw from a ms Ute Olivier as the attorneys for Ignite Fitness who claims that my account is in arrears to the balance of around R3870. I disclosed the previously mentioned information to her and stated it all in an email to her address cc'ing in my attorney. They telephonically mentioned that they have received a similar complaint from everyone that they called and I never heard back from them. I now just received a call from a different attorney (didnt hear the name properly) who stated that my ignite fitness account is somewhere in the region of R6k plus. I told her to please give me her email address so that I could forward this last correspondence to her received from the previous attorneys who called. After 10 seconds of me searching for my email correspondence she hung up, as if to be aware of the failed attempts to de***** me.

I am sick of ********* using the justice system to their advantage. It seems one of the founders of the gym had just been released from prison before starting the gym / **** for similar charges.
