False Service Promise and Refusal to give back my Domain

I activated a please contact me with Ignite on their auto Leads on the 03rd November 2016 at 12:42:00 PM and by Thu, Nov 3, 2016 at 1:46 PM I was called back by a Kerushan Chetty to take me through the process of buying the DIY IT services they claimed they sell. I indicated my needs to him and we started the process of me buying O365 and the transfer of my Domain from my old IT provider. By 3h30 I had a username and password for their portal. He then went on to tell me that I must give him the old IT provider details so they can initiate a transfer request for the domain. When I indicated to him that I was told this will take a few days. He exclaimed saying that at the most this process takes 24 hours. I gave him all the details and I pushed the old IT provider for them to accept the transfer out which they did the same evening of the 3rd and he promised that by Thursday from his side he will create the passwords for us. This didnt happen and Friday the 5th November I told him this and he gave me another false promise that he is working on it. Later that afternoon when i again called he said he is battling but will speak to support, and he will send me an how to set up emails, which he never did. The he called me back in a few minutes saying that Engineering can help me as "my email set up" is complicated but I need to purchase another service package which I relucantly did as i was now not comfortable of all this changes and as I was buying it I asked him if I buy this and its now 4h30 is when can they activate my emails he said they work 24 hours and will do so the same evening that by saturday morning I will have emails. Literally less than 5 minutes after purchasing another service package he calls and says he is sorry he didnt know that Engineering leave at 5pm and they dont work weekends. I must wait for Monday. At this point i was livid. The following day 5th Nov saturday I sent an email to cancel all my services with them as I realised theyre unscruplous just wanting SME to buy things that dont work. From Monday the a7th I have been fighting them to release my Domain as it was now residing with them after transfering it when I bought their services, the transfer to tehm happened in less than 24 hours. Now theyre delaying the transfer back, giving me excuses like I was owing them, then it was support has done it, and last night 10th Nov I was told it takes 5 days. I believe theyre con artists luring unaware and desperate SMEs to sign up who think they are the solutions as they claim to be cheaper than other conventional IT support also that they dont bind you into a contract. They are worse than other IT. It was easier for Kerushan to say domain transfer takes less than 24hours when tehy wanted mine, now they are saying it takes longer as I want to exit their system . I am warning SMEs that they should never use Ignite, rather be bound to a contract and negotiate terms with IT provider.
