Endless emails no action

I have since yesterday evening been unable to log-in to my ISP made a email complaint and given the following reference number CAS-104997-GZKTM5<br> <br> I have tried calling on the phone without success one does not get past an Answering machine. Last email from IS Ignite at 10.00 AM promising someone would contact me, still awaiting that call. I have used this ISP service for over 2 years without problems until now.
