Double billing impossible to resolve

Poor client service and not able to get through to any numbers except the 'technical department'. When calling the number on their invoice or the 'customer service' number you still end up at 'technical support'.

If you have an accounts issue it is impossible to resolve. 'Managers' makes promises about call backs which never happen.
