Domain Transfer

Good day<br> <br> I am trying to move my domain away from Ignite, but Kholofelo and Themba are just making my life and that of my business a living hell. I am not able to work and access the company emails because there's no one who's willing to take the responsibility <br> <br> I sent a domain transfer request, but no one wants to accept the ticket for my domain to be moved away, I am being told the transfer was accepted by the system but the domain is still sitting with the company<br> <br> My domain is registered under your company name and not my name which is not ethical as the domain is the property of my company and not yours, I should not struggle to move my domain away when I do not owe you guys.<br> <br> Can some please sort this issue before end of business day today before further action is taken.
