Do not deal with Ignite. Worst IT and ISP company

Ignite cost my company thousands of rands due to their IT department. The IT department could not do a simple changeover. My internet connection would drop every 15 minutes. Then once they got that stabilized after 6 months, my vpn connection would drop every 10 minutes. They are useless. They would say they going to call but they never do. No response on emails, no call backs. I had even taken this up to their regional manager and key account holder. Still no response. Don’t deal with ignite and save yourself and your business.
