Cant support my fibre line

My overall experience with Internet Solutions IsIgnite has not been good.They have very bad sales and customer service .When you call the sales and support numbers it almost only rings and no one picks up and when they do it normally end up with the call centre not knowing how to deal with your query even though it suppose to be a technical centre.You cant get hold of the same sales or support person.I would advise anyone not to use them.They refer to calls being at second tier or some other department - very confusing - they don't come across as knowing what they doing with my fibre line.
