Cancelled membership

I went to ignite fitness and I like the place so I decided to join the gym so the lady didn't tell me that before I join I must see the doctor after I signed the contract she tells me and the doctor said I can't take part on fitness activities due to my diagnosis and I already paid R1500 wich they don't want to pay me back please assist me
