Avoid it like a plaque - utter incompetence! Worst SA ISP

IS Ignite are beyond ***********. Their service team is always "escalating" yet no resolution whatsoever. I will give you three examples:

1. I was billed for another client's hosting solution for more than a year - I didn't get a cent back as it is impossible to get to someone to take ownership 2. My hosted website was (still is) down for 12 days - no urgency on their part to fix it WHATSOEVER 3. When they managed to get their server up, all websites were wiped clean.
