Absolute lack of service or interest in customer complaints and queries

Absolutely livid at the lack of service received from IS Ignite, first the issue with our account that still hasn’t been resolved and now Ignite is down every few minutes. I get it must be nice to sit in your big house with all your money that you’ve taken from loyal paying clients but just remember, what you put out into the world will eventually find its way back to you ten fold so I’d suggest that you for once take an interest in client complaints instead of sitting on your asses and laughing at their struggles. That it has to come down to me acting like a wild animal on the internet for a response that’s not auto generated just to be ignored is absolutely pathetic. Get your **** together.
