Poor Quality I & J Light Burgher come with Poor Customer Service<br> <br> I took the time to draw the attention of Irvin & Johnson Limited to the fact I am dissatisfied with the purchase of I & J light Burgher. <br> <br> Irvin & Johnson Limited has failed/refused to resolve my complaint amicably. I complained about the 3 X 570 g I & J light Burgher which I purchased and found that it was not suitable for consumption. <br> <br> Irvin & Johnson Limited has acknowledged my complaint, but a voucher was sent to cover the cost of only one of the 3 X 570 g I & J light Burgher. I was short changed for 2 X 570 g I & J light Burgher.<br> <br> It is through consumer advice such as mine that Irvin & Johnson Limited was able to monitor its products and maintain a high quality standard in a consistent manner.<br> <br> Irvin & Johnson Limited should take all complaints seriously and resolve it to consumer's satisfaction amicably. <br> <br> Irvin & Johnson Limited's first priority is to understand that business exist for the customer and not the other way around. If you have a bad experience at your hands, make it right as fast as possible to preserve the customer's trust.<br>
