COMPLAINT : I&J Beefers 10 pack purchased only had 8 patties!!

To I&J management and to all the customers out there,

I've discovered just now that the I&J Beefers 10 beef patties pack I purchased yesterday from Checkers has only 8 patties ! The pack was found to be "sealed" before I opening it; so I take it that Checkers has nothing to do with the missing 2 patties within the pack.This would have gone unnoticed if my daughter wouldn't have counted the patties. I don't believe this is the only pack which had missing patties and could most certainly be a problem for many more customers at large and mostly left unnoticed or not reported !

It goes without saying that the experience I had is absolutely not acceptable !

As a customer, I'm concerned about how this has passed all your quality checks ? As far as my understanding goes, I&J is a reputed company and therefore I expect minimum quality checks done as a guarantee !

Can I ask that this be investigated and addressed at root level ASAP please? I'm keen to hear on how I&J intend to resolve this and compensate the customers at large including me who are being "cheated" and don't get the value for money spent on your product.

I have sent out an email to *** and *** with few pics with the till slip, barcode, production code on the pack ,and of course with just 8 patties !!
