Irugs- Beware of Return Policy

<p>Be aware this is not a SA based company, although the website gives the impression they are in Cape Town. All was well until I wanted to return the rugs using their 30 day return policy. I am based in JHB & was told I had to return the rugs to their closest depot- in SWITZERLAND- at my own expense! Thanks for that- I am now stuck with rugs with which I am not happy with either the quality or the design! </p>
