Terrible service

On the 22 June 2021 I took my LG LG microwave for repairs I was asked to make payment of R600 for the repairs which I did when i call to follow up on the repairs i was told my microwave was looted and unfortunately there is nothing they can do to assist I must claim from insurance how so when it's was in the possession and no where on the receipt does it have terms and conditions of this or of your own risk. Moses tells me they waiting for insurance due to unrest but me as customer they can't assist so in other words they telling me I lost the 600 I paid for the repairs as well as my microwave but they claiming the losses from insurance.
