Professional service, excellent customer care

Delivered microwave for repair, all interaction with me was done promptly and professionally. And when I called to check progress on the repairs I was told I would be called back after lunch when the technician got back, and indeed I was called back as promised and microwave was ready to collect, this being only 3 days after I dropped it off. All in all a great customer experience.
