Poor After Sales Service: LG Spares

I was looking for an LG Spares Centre and IRS Tronics was reccommended by LG SA. I contacted them around the 21st of September 2018 and by the 26th they eventually provided me a quote for a replacement Microwave Rotating Glass Plate. I made the payment on the 26th and to date, I have not received the goods.

There is no feedback based on the ETA and this is absolutely poor customer service. I have to constantly send emails to ask what is happening and I still have no definitive date of delivery ?

I have purchased from Defy and Samsung previously and had excellent experiences. I will never purchase an LG product again as their after-sales service is PATHETIC!
