IRS Tronics - LG Repair Center KZN SHOCKING SERVICE!!!

I brought my LG Solar Dom convection Oven/Microwave in for repairs on 5th October 2020. When I booked it in, I told the technician that the microwave function was working, but that the turntable clip was broken, so the table didn't always turn. I also told him that when I put the unit onto the convection Oven setting, it trips the electricity. He said he'd call me before the end of the day with a quote. Well, he never called. I called him this morning, only to be told he'd send the quote in a few minutes. Then he tells me that he can't fix the convection Oven side, but he can fix the microwave. He said that the bottom element was faulty and the clip for the turntable. This was going to cost a further R931.99 ontop of the R200 I've already paid for them to just open it to look at it. Since this cost was only going to repair the microwave function and I could buy a new microwave, which will come with a warranty, I decided to not do the repairs and just carry on using the microwave function as it was until the machine stopped working. I arrived to collect it and there was a scramble to get the machine ready for me, but, now the microwave function doesn't work either. The technician is trying to tell me that it wasn't working when I booked it in. It clearly stated on the job card that it was working, but now somehow it doesn't?? So basically, I paid IRS Tronics to completely break my microwave/convection Oven!!! I will never buy an LG product again. I can't believe that this is the level of service that you can expect from a brand like LG!!!
