My mom feels ****** and angry, we made all payments as we needed help from LG IRS electronics but did not get the full services after that. I called them for help last year and paid a call out fee to have them check our washing machine. When they had to come fix we paid the charges as well, this all amounted to around R3000 or more. We have tried so many times to get them to come back to assist as the machine only worked for a few days.
