Lack of delivery

I odered a part for my LG DVD Blue Ray Player on 22 January 2015 I was told 3- 4 weeks for delivery<br> I called after 4 weeks as they did not call me and I was told it was in Jhb and then it was on its way then they could not find it and had to order a new one<br> Then the wrong parry arrived. I have to call them all the time to find out where the part is and I am told I will call you back then no call I then cal them . It is now 18th May 2015 and I still have not got my part. I paid a deposit of R150.00 on 22 January 2015. I think LG should find another partner they are terrible.
